NOBLEST Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is fixed tube-plate heat exchanger,it consists of a tube plate and a shell at both ends, making it widely utilized due to its simplistic structure.It refers to a tube and shell heat exchanger in which the tube plates at both ends of the bundle are welded to the shell. The tube plate can also be used as a flange after welding with the shell, and is connected with the flange of the pipe box by bolts.

Applications: it serves as an energy-saving equipment for facilitating heat transfer between materials, finding extensive application in industries such as petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and food. With the continuous expansion of energy-saving technology applications, the utilization of heat exchangers for high and low temperature heat recovery has yielded significant economic benefits.

The advantage lies in its simple structure, ensuring the minimum inner diameter of the shell while maintaining the same heat transfer surface. 2.U-shaped style Tube Heat Exchanger

NOBLEST U-shaped type tube heater is a kind of shell and tube heat exchanger, which belongs to petrochemical equipment, is composed of main components such as tube box, shell and tube bundle. U-shaped tube heat exchanger has only one tube plate, and both ends of the pipe are fixed on the same tube plate.

NOBLEST Floating head heat exchanger, only one end of the two ends of the tube plate is fixed with the shell, the other end can move freely relative to the shell, called the floating head. The floating head is composed of a floating tube plate, a hook ring and a floating head end cover. It is detachable and the tube bundle can be drawn from the shell. The thermal deformation of the tube bundle and the shell are not constrained, so there is no thermal stress.

Features:
The advantages are convenient cleaning between tubes and tubes, and no thermal stress will be generated; However, its structure is complex, the cost is higher than that of the fixed tubeplate heat exchanger, the equipment is bulky, the material consumption is large, and the small cover of the floating head can not be checked during operation, and the sealing requirements are higher during manufacturing.
