In this heat exchanger, the tube plates at both ends of the bundle are welded to the shell. The tube plate can also act as a flange after welding with the shell, allowing for bolt connections to the pipe box flange.

Applications: This heat exchanger functions as an energy-efficient solution for promoting heat transfer between materials. It finds extensive applications across a variety of industries including petroleum, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and food. The expansion of energy-saving technologies has significantly boosted the economic benefits from high and low-temperature heat recovery.

NOBLEST U-Shaped Type Tube Heater This type of shell and tube heat exchanger, designed for petrochemical applications, comprises main components such as a tube box, shell, and tube bundle. The U-shaped tube heat exchanger features a single tube plate, with both ends of the tubes fixed to the same plate.
